1. Return Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, with all components included.
• Proof of purchase required.

2. How to Return

• Email support@thefurnituredirect.com for return authorization.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Securely package items for return.

3. Refunds

• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
• Original shipping costs non-refundable unless due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or final sale items.
• Assembled or used items.

5. Exchanges

• Contact us within 3 days for defective or incorrect items.
